This is some step to be a good employee ( new hire ) in your office,

1. Come earlier. At least 30minutes before work hour
2. Go home earlier.
3. Be a friendly person.
4. Don't forget to go together with your partner or team (in your office) if they will go to somewhere together
5. Don't cheat others
6. Don't be selfish
