Print preview does not work in Thunderbird

I got a problem when i try to print an email. I use ctrl + p and print preview was blank and loading. I need to end task Mozilla Thunderbird to stop it.
Here a tips to resolve it :
1. Go to menu and find a Preferences menu



2. type "Cofig Editor" in search box and click Config Editor 
3. On Config Editor, search for "print_printer" . Once you find it go to delete it. 
then close your thunderbird, open again and try to print preview or print an email.
